Tutorial
The Upward Bound program offers regular tutorial sessions. We employ tutors that are focused on helping our students achieve at the highest possible level. This year we are also using PhotoStudy, which is an app designed to give students feedback and assistance with any assignments they may need help with, when our tutorial staff is not available.

Cultural Exposure Experiences
Cultural activities such as plays, sporting events, and community service help our students become well-rounded members of their larger community. Exposure is a key to success. We encourage our students to strecth themselves and try new things.

College Tours
College tours are an integral part of the Upward Bound program. Over the past several years we have visited college campuses all over the United States. By visiting colleges, students get a glimpse of what it's like to be a member of the campus community.

Summer Academy
During the Summer months, the Upward Bound program offers a six week enrichment program. This program is designed to increase our students' knowledge base. After participating in our Summer Academy students are better prepared to go into the upcoming school year and succeed. During the six week Summer Academy students get academic training. Students also have the opportunity to live on a college campus for week. Our annual Summer Academy typically ends with a week long college tour series to a major American City.
